A: To receive a removal quote, you can fill out our online form, providing details such as the moving date, starting and ending locations, and a list of items to be moved. We advise you  to contact our customer service for a personalized quote. 
 
Q: How do I book Removal Services? 
A: To secure a removal slot a £70 fully refundable deposit must be paid. A personal account Manager will be allocated for your account who will assist you through the whole process. 
 

Q: Are there any hidden fees in your removal services? 

A: No, we believe in transparency. Our removal services come with a clear breakdown of costs, and there are no hidden fees. The initial quote covers the basic services, and any additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. 

  

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

A: We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your removal. A cancellation fee applies if changes are made after the 3 working days’ notice period. 
 

Q: How do I pay for your removal services? 

A: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. The balance Payment details and options will be provided when you confirm your booking.

A: Our trained team uses protective materials such as blankets and bubble wrap to safeguard furniture and fragile items. Additionally, our vehicles are equipped with secure loading systems to prevent shifting during transit. 

  

Q: How much notice do I need to give for booking a removal? 

A: It's advisable to book as early as possible to secure your preferred moving date. However, depending on availability, we may accommodate last-minute requests. Contact us for real-time availability. We have a flexible slot allocation for your move date, the date can be changed without any extra cost before the 3 working days period. 

 

Q: Are your removal teams experienced and trained? 

A: Yes, our removal teams are experienced professionals who undergo regular training. They are well-versed in efficient packing, loading, and unloading techniques to ensure a smooth and secure move.

A: Yes, our removal service includes disassembling and assembling furniture as needed. Please inform us of such requirements during the booking process.

A: Your belongings are covered by insurance cover during the move. If any of your items get damaged, you should report it as soon as possible. We will guide you through the claims process and compensate you for the damaged items based on the type of insurance included in the services booked. 
 

Q: Can I leave my clothes in the drawers during a house removal? 

A: It is generally recommended to empty the drawers of your furniture before a house removal. Leaving clothes or other items in the drawers can make the furniture heavier and increase the risk of damage during the move. Additionally, it can be more difficult to manoeuvre and transport furniture with items inside the drawers.
